• Packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services will be provided as agreed in the service contract.
  • Any additional services (e.g., storage, insurance, specialized handling) must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.

2. Quotation & Payment

  • All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer (volume of goods, distance, service type).
  • Final charges may vary if actual goods or conditions differ from the initial estimate.
  • Payments must be made as per agreed schedule (advance, partial, or full before delivery).

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate disclosure of items to be moved, including fragile, valuable, or hazardous goods.
  • Proper labeling of boxes and securing personal documents, jewelry, or cash (these are not covered under liability).
  • Provide necessary permissions for vehicle entry, parking, and loading/unloading at both locations.
  • Provide suitable packing materials and trained staff.
  • Deliver goods within the agreed timeframe, subject to unforeseen delays (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).

5. Liability & Insurance

  • Insurance coverage is available upon request; claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider.
  • Compensation (if applicable) will be limited to the declared value of goods and subject to policy terms.

6. Prohibited Items

  • Explosives, inflammable substances, perishable goods, illegal items, or items restricted by law will not be transported.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse service if such items are found.

7. Delivery & Delays

  • Delivery dates are estimates; unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
  • Customers will be informed promptly of any changes in schedule.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation must be communicated at least 48 hours before scheduled service.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative or booking charges.

9. Governing Law

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts.

10. Acceptance

  • By booking services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
